Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy describes how Shelgo ships orders within India, including timelines, charges, and what to do if delivery is delayed or unsuccessful.
1. Serviceable areas
We currently deliver to pin codes across India where our courier partners operate. At checkout, enter your pin code to confirm availability. Some remote or restricted areas may have longer timelines or be temporarily unserviceable.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping fees, if any, are shown on the product and checkout pages before you pay. From time to time we offer free shipping promotions; applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or for made-to-order items as noted on the product page.
4. Estimated delivery time
- Metro cities: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on courier capacity, weather, and local restrictions.
5. Tracking
When your order is shipped, we send tracking details by SMS and/or email to the contact information provided at checkout. You can also reach support@shelgo.in with your order number for status updates.
6. Delivery attempts
Couriers usually make up to two or three delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, they may leave a notice or contact you on the phone number provided. Repeated failed attempts may result in the package being returned to us; a re-shipment fee may apply.
7. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, including pin code, landmark, and reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect details you provide.
8. Delayed or lost shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and, where confirmed lost or undelivered through no fault of yours, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
